Need To Know Needs

We tend to think we know better but we do not question if we do in fact know better. Even to as something simple as what is best of us, we tend to find what we like in which most times is against what is good for us. How have we been misled and how do we continue to mislead ourselves into thinking what we want is good for us? Our wants are mostly our downfalls but we do not recognize this. Many know that what we want and what we need are two entirely different thing but continue searching out wants. It is not that every want is opposite of our needs, just most. Our wants are always big and most often brings us misery searching out for them but our needs, they are most often much more simple and much less in quantity and/ or quality. Much of what we want are really not our wants. They are wants made by someone else to keep us in like or controlled. Why do we want the things we want? If we want them because we enjoy them simply and if we were alone in this world, our joy of the wants are unchanged, then and only then are they our wants because there are no outside influences promoting us to want. Home, cars, and things, even people we want, we want because it pleases us to see others see us with it. We need to show it off. There are things that do fall into wants and needs. Sometimes we want somethings that we can imagine not sharing with the world (for our eyes only) it pleases us with or without people.

When we want to be sure of wants and need we need play an imaginative scenario where there are no other beings in the world and see how much we like it then. How much likely are we to buy it if we were alone in the world than if there are others in the world.

The gift that keeps on giving

Today you just gave a gift and you did not know it. From one a gift of happiness. Simply because you were happy, you passed along the content energy in which made other people happy. We beings that are reflection of other (most of us) and so simple gesture reflect on us and we do not know why. Someone smiling at us just makes us smile back and that smile when you turn to another direction and someone sees you smiling in return smiles back. "The gift that keeps on giving" By simply smiling, you have made someone happy and perhaps made their day. In which will go around and come back to you, hopefully when you need it most.

There is another side of this; Bad attitude. If you gave someone a bad attitude today, you have just passed on negative energy that will reflect on many other peoples lives. It will affect them maybe for a few hours, maybe for a day, maybe a week or longer. But everyone this person comes in contact with (visually) may receive this negative energy and pass it on. The bad thing for you (whom passed negative energy) but good (in the sense of Karma) is that it will come back and maybe a thousands times. Just hope it is not on the day you need it the least.

For some reason, positive or no energy is better than negative. See there are too many unhappy people out there and because they are already carrying the bad energy, if and when received may double or triple it making it ten, twenty times worse.

The gift that keeps on giving. Please pass on the good energy.

Changing every 7 (several)

Every several years, you change. Your body changes, your mind changes, you perception of the world changes but you do not know of the change unless you are notified. How do we changes so much and not notice?

Ask yourself who you are while looking at the mirror and you will find answers you weren't expecting. Answers you kind of knew but you never thought of it that way.

Are you changing to be more like what the world want you to be or are you changing for your own better for the world (not only the people of the world) but every single being and everything in this world.

We are changing but is it for the better? Are we becoming what we aspire to be or becoming what we hate? Do you hate what you are becoming? What are you doing about it?

Meaning of The Key: Life

The question of why we are here.

I always thought that each of us play a big role into why we are here. We have so far as earthlings but we have not yet learned of our real home and why we are here. How are we hardwired super beings but we squander around in scraps? How have we accomplish so much in our reign and yet reduce ourselves to primates? How do we know things that no one ever thought us?

We don't have the key in knowledge to our existence, we are the key. The key passed on until we are able to unlock it within ourselves.

Did you know we are made to reproduce and in while so we have been made to supply our infants with everything they need through breast milk (how perfect is that). We bring another being to life and then by taking care of ourselves, we have all the nutrient the infants need to live before introducing them to solid food. Is that not a perfect science? The best part of it is that your own body will take from you, leaving you week, in order to provide for your infant child? Think of it. Your body after birth find you less important than someone else. Yes you are linked but the first thing one body learns to do is protect itself from everything else.

Astonishing thin we are. We are something of artificial robotics. We build robots which are supposed to be the smartest fasted thing. But the best part is that we have to be better and smarter to build it, right or wrong?

Life vs Living: The Meaning

There are things going on around us that we do not let ourselves be aware of. There are answers within us that we could find if we just open ourselves to the world. Some believe our road is paved, others believe that we pave our on ways. I believe that there are continuous branches of tree (roads) paved but we have a choice into the direction we must take. It is true however that these roads will lead us to the same outcomes (for each individual) but our we get there is really our own choice.

We wonder why some know so much but still have difficulties living, that is because their weakness is something life has made for them to find and accomplish. The meaning of life has no value unless we know the meaning of leaving. Finding this is not a question of science or religion but a question of both and using ones self as the key to opening doors.

Balance: Universes Energy


We need balance in the way we live. There are bad people and good people and we have a choice of which we want to be. It is easier for most to be bad (bad is defined differently in various groups and in individual) but bad is really universal and we chose to dictate/ chose our own definition of bad. Bad is in respect to individual something that is negative to any one being. Sometime we may have to weight in the importance of one versus the mass, but it is important for one to be part of the decision so that it is much less negative as he is taking part his exclusion for the best of the mass.

When we do not do this, we allow negative to flow in, disrupting what we call good energy. For example not including the one that will need to be outcast in the decision so that he knows and understand and most of all has no hard feeling nor have dislike, hate or any other negative energy that will then cause someone else in the group who may not have agreed but did it not to end up in the same shoe as the outcast. Or maybe there is a loved one in the group that did not like the decision therefore making this person have negative feeling towards the group.

Finding good is not only believing that you are good but asking yourself if you are good can only bring positive energy. Those who think they are good try no longer to be good, but those who question know that there is no such thing as good enough.

Selfless

Why do we give. Is it because it makes up happy to give, or is it because we know that those who give receive back? There are those who give because it pleases them to please others so all the effect of giving is through our own selfishness. Not a wrong thing, not at all, just sounds bad when it is said out loud. Selfishness in the sense of self first is one thing that keeps us alive. For those who do not find self first, you do not know but you are hurting others. By not putting yourself first, you are putting a debt that is unclear-able until you allow your selfishness. If you do not put yourself first, you cannot be a part of what you want; family, friends, even co-worker.

Let's say this;

A mother must chose from slowly starving herself and her four infant kids or starve herself and let her four kids live healthy and hunger free. By doing the second she risk losing all her kids because if she starves to death, then her kids will not be able to be cared for.

We must be selfish even a little for the better of humanity.

Conception of death

We are living longer now but we are also starting families much later. Centuries ago, people started families in their teens some as young as 12 or 13. But now most people are looking to be wealthy first and so we add years education to our life. Are we living longer because we are having children at a later age? Back when, when most would have been wed and with child by 18. Now most are doing it much later. In their twenties, some other in their thirties. If our first priority as human being is to reproduce, are we pushing our mortality by holding our reproduction for later date?

So if make our bodies be able to have children even later, by how much do we push our longevity?

Worth

What is worth? Is living based on our own what we find is worth making us judge others based on what they believe to be worth? I once told myself that I cannot let myself fall into the trap of owning nice car, biggest houses and such because to me those things are not important. What is important is self worth and living. I thought those who spend highly on things like that were lavish or living The Dream. Living the dream is something I find to be a lie and so I cannot live on that mountain. Now I notice that there are differences; there are those who buy what they find important and those who spend lavish. The people who buy what they find important have differences in what they find important. Some find home, cars, or clothes important. Some find food, travel, or just living important. Some find books, electronic, or other entertainment important. Those are they like and important. I realized that the cost of entertainments, travels, and home are hugely difference but the huge difference is not the worth is the price. Price is not what we should be looking at. I spend too much in food and I am judged for that. My friend spend too much on electronics and is judged for that. Another friend bought a nice house and furnished it elegantly and we all judge his preference.

Lets not judge someone else worth!

Mind - Today

How does memory work? Is it triggered by something or is it somewhat like an hard-drive? This day I was in the office (not in my usual schedule) just a little earlier than usual. I was in a program that we used at the other office and I typed in my old password. I thought to myself how did that come about as that mistake has never happened? about 20 minutes later, I wanted to ask the only person that was in the office where I could find my supplied and I almost called her by the secretary (from my prior employers) name. Is it time? I came in much earlier that I have ever while working at the new employer, the time was not unusual at the other place as I made it in and left at various hours.

Being Healthy

You know what does not make sense to me?

That someone starves themselves for years and lose no weight, but those that eat little but often and exercise lose major amounts of weight. How is that? Nature does not work well with main idea. We see millions of children all over the world who are very thin due to lack of food, so think that if we minimize or deprive ourselves of food, we may lose weight as they did. The only problem we do not see is that many lived in that condition for many years and so the body adjusted itself to make what ever type of consumption that it receives work well for the individual. Where there is abundance of food, it is rarely difficult to see starving children (who look anorexic).

If you want to lose weight or sleep well, then eat five to six times a day (generally every two hours). Make sure you have, fruits, vegetables, and various types of protein daily (what works best is tasteless food as tasteful foods most often contain things the taste buds do not want or that may contain unwanted fats). Exercise helps the body burn natural fats as well as make one tired (when tired force self to sleep). DO NOT FORCE SELF TO STAY UP as one can become overtired and no longer desire feel tired to sleep.

Self Motivation


I have spoken to many who have ideas and goals but lack motivation to execute them. I have found difficulties myself finding motivation into working towards my goal and Ideas. Things that helped me were various that may only be helpful to me. I found changing the the way eat and what I consumed help me greatly. For me food is important and I find myself looking for taste which man in a healthy diet does not prove to be ideal. Food with taste most often leave you coming back for more and for someone like who eat until full, it becomes a problem. When I am surrounded by the foods that lack taste or that I do not like but have no choice of eating, I eat just the amount needed.

Tasteless foods:
tasteless foods are one way to achieve your goals of eating better (as a start). Keep in mind that after you have completed this part, you then have to learn how to eat slow and limiting yourself. Keeping yourself away from temptation only last but for so long.

Exercising:
Exercising is another great way for motivating self. When you exercise, you improve the amount of blood pumped which helps clean your system not to mention have things moving faster. Exercising is also a way of getting away from the couch. But first you must find something you enjoy doing. Doing what others say means nothing unless you enjoy it and unless you try it, you can't know if you enjoy it or not.

No Sugar:
A great amount of our foods are loaded with sugars. If you look at the contents in your foods you will find two things that are very often there; sugar and salt. Limiting the amount of sugars has great health benefits but also, after you start eating better and exercising, you will notice that food containing high sugars makes you want to just relax and often are likely to shorten (sometimes cease your motivations or want to exercise). Food with high sugars, high fats, and lost of preservatives start tasting like they should. because now your body notice that you are trying to take care of it and in doing so, will assist by rejecting things that are not good for it.


Thinking:
Thinking is very helpful in motivating self. Telling yourself your plans is a first step. Motivations start from one wanting it and so if you are thinking about it you are at the starting line. But don't get warmed up, get your body excited and get all the way to the starting line then turning to the couch. Go for it. You came this far. Every step has a wall. A wall is a invisible field that slow you down and gives you the idea that you cannot do it. If you realize this, you will accomplish plenty. Don't let the walls stop you or slow you down. Every time one has pushed themselves pass the wall, things get a whole lot easier.

There are things I think of changing in myself that when the time comes to change, I find myself unable to. Doing things I want regardless of what people may think is something I am unable to achieve. What people may think has such an impact on my behavior and I cannot seem to shake it. I realized that it may have something to do with both of the culture I was raised in. I live in Africa until I was about six. Status is such a important thing there that what people think has a huge impact on your daily life. It seem sort of barbaric to me that what people think may change your daily life, yes we are social people but we individuals too aren't we? Happy individuals make happy societies. I remember one guy whom someone mentioned how he inappropriately looked at a little girl and from then on he was associated as a pervert. No one could say how he looked at the little girl, no one could say anything except that someone saw him doing so. If you ask anyone, I'm sure no one would be able to say whom saw him. People were very judgmental and I did not remember liking it.
I was also raised in Italy before moving here. There what people think important as well. It is serious that you would not know that there were homeless man in most of Italy. Everyone dresses presentably and the way you act and what you do says a lot about you. Generally, Children are the only ones who get away with doing things outside the norms. Of course there are those who care little if any in all geographic areas but not too many places have individuals be more of themselves that be part of society.

I am always thinking about society but I think it's time to think about self a little more

Yourself Future

Make yourself something that you cannot be and break the barrier your hold yourself in. Think past the moment but think for the moment as the moment  you are in should never pass, it should future. There are things we want to do, things that we are passionate about but we are held back by ourselves and blame social norm. Social norm is not to blame for our  failures. We fail when we do not do what we are passionate about and we sit in everyday life thinking dreaming or our we could be part of our passion.

Make yourself the future of yourself. Start to make who you are going to be now so that you are sure you will get there. Take things out of your way; people, things that will not allow you to future yourself. To get anywhere you must being from somewhere. You must start for if you do not, you will find that your future will cease to exist. See your prior future is where you are now, your prior future related to what you have done and things you have not done that place you in the current state; this time.

Make yourself who you do not expect to be. expectations lead to failure. Those who do not expect cannot fail or feel bad about it because it was not expected. Expecting is what makes people fail or unhappy. Things you do not expect make you happy and things that you do expect but do not happen makes one unhappy. What can you learn from that?

Who you are Vs. Who you want to be


There is a difference between who you are and who you want to be, just like what you want and what you need. who we are many times is a question we already know the answer to. We tend to forget as we are in pursue of who we want to be.

When who we are becomes question we have no answer to, man tends to ask "what is the meaning of life." The meaning of life could be identified by subjects;

scientist believe our purpose is to reproduce. They believe everything we learn and do during our lifetime is dedicated to reproducing.

Sometimes you need to forget about it all. All the things that make sense and all that do not. Sometime it is best to forget who you think you are and see who people see you for. Sometimes you need to get away from yourself, sometime your old self, so that you can see your new self. Sometimes you need to get away from things you know so that from outside the box, you can see the things that mean more to you, the important things. Sometime things are not the way they appear, sometimes they are and the only way to know for sure is to visit a different site and when you come back home, you will know what exactly it is for you to do.

Challenge: Self

Sometimes we must stop and look into whom we have become and ask ourselves, is this what we thought we were going to be?  I noticed myself that things I expect from people are things I myself are guilty of doing. The challenge is not fighting others for their issues but see how you have acted in the past with the same issue.

Story...

A person in front of me was driving very slow one day, I beeped and swerved sideways so that, with my headlights, I can grab their attention. they did not make way for the man in a hurry. I became really upset as they did not care for my lack of comfort. Few days later, I was not feeling the best and full of fatigue and I decided to drive slow. The vehicle behind me must have been in a hurry and I did not care to make way for them as I was not feeling well. There and then I had a flashback to when I was the person being another driver... I now try to look into the reason for a person not getting out of my way. Is it age (elderly), scared, or an uncontrollable reason? If on the phone, I feel I have some right to be a little upset.

The Mind and Adrenaline


Just a reach away, but it took the delivery to realize that the mind is faster than the body. You see it, you feel it, and the lack of speed is the reason why the many times one miss what could have been the perfect contact. The four white walls will make you forget the world and time is so silent, one would never know it was even present. Physically drained, mentally challenged, water is the only cure for the exuding moisture. The eyes have realized that speed is little challenge, the feet have found their posture, the leg is pumped with adrenaline, this is the world to be in. at the end the small blue ball gives the room some color. The color of day, the color of motion, the only color besides our presence.

More than just us

Religion is something that we all need. Today's religion is difficult to believe in as we are a more educated being. The idea that once we parish we exist no longer is not ideal for a man to take in. Believing is such thing will make a man do unspeakable things. This is so because he wants to live forever. If he cannot come back in another form or exist elsewhere, then the only manageable thing to do is live forever. Living forever is not living past man's life expectancy but remaining in living mans memory. Being in books that will be read long after one has past. 

But there are good and bad ways to live forever. One can do something good that will be spoken of for as long as man remains on hearth (well as long as man lives for there are possibilities now that man could live outside Earth). Another is to do something so unspeakable, their names lives a bad taste in people's mouth, bad taste however that keeps man speaking of the individual although they wish not to promote or in anyway contribute to the longevity of his absence but continuous living.

So therefore, we must believe in higher power. Alien, super beings, or spiritual beings. Believing keeps us less free but more together.

I write more about unhappy things because, I see more unhappy things in the world. I see happy things but, in peoples eyes, you see unhappiness. That leaves me stuck writing about what I think they feel. I have been writing about unhappy things for so long, I may have never learned how to write about happy things. I have written about happy things but never has it sound as good as the not so happy things.

Someone brought this to my attention and since, I have been trying to work on it. I learned how to write beautifully about unhappy things because I find beauty in everything, the good and the bad. To me the good and the bad is a way of life. Good things sometimes set us apart and most often the bad things brings us together.

The difficulties in writing about happy things is that you use the time to remember the happening to actually enjoy it. When we are unhappy, the feeling last longer and the memories stick as if it happened just then.

I believe in both. I mean I wish for only good but understand that it is impossible to have only good.

Suspect



Suspicion is good, but there is a certain kind of suspicion that makes everything work wonders



Suspicion many times leave us with the wrong conclusions. Why is this? because we have made up our mind as to what the conclusion will be hence (no longer call suspicion but opinion). Both the right and the wrong suspicion can get you to the same answers sometimes. The only issue is that the wrong suspicion makes you feel like you are right and causes you to believe that way of suspicion - thus going forward giving you wrong conclusions [and one unable to understand why the mistake occur]


This is called; "I got it dead right the first time"


We are all suspect in someones eye. But the right suspicion tells you who someone is.

Demeanor


You can tell a person by their actions. The way to understand people is to watch them. Watch then, not as in watching them expecting something, but to watch them expecting nothing. Looking into them so that they can tell you what their mouth cannot speak. How action is how demeanor. Through body language we give off what sometime we do not wish to.

Someone can know who you are even though they never spoke to you.

We all have some part of us that we cannot explain and sometimes cannot understand. Feeling are something no can get to the bottom of. Is it science or is beyond? We are both, to my understanding. The connections that we cannot see is a link into why feeling are there.
