Necessary Truth

When you stop fearing death,
You begin to live
When you stop worrying,
You can better live
When it all fall apart,
Then, you can start to rebuild

Meaningless Bees Making Meaningful Honey

Bees do not think of me when they make honey, from the flower that has no meaning except to stand tall with head up and look pretty.

Meaningless as they seem, meaning to the whole they are. Meaningful is defined in their work, and meaning I find when sweet honey melts in my mouth.

Michael Angelo was a man of the world, and though the world knows less of his parents, they are the chemical compound that brought him into existence. The reaction from two no ones that created one someone.

Everything that is, everything that happens, gives life to a major, meaningful thing. America got comfortable and slept. After 911, everyone (most) became aware, they woke up and now authorities are not the only one policing our streets. People are aware, awake, and they want to protect themselves, their properties, their neighbors. Few little (no-ones) people got together to create such a catastrophic event and now a lot of no-ones got together to make sure it never happens again.
Yellow and black, who would have thought, this two colors would go together. They go together on bees, the meaningless insect that have a painful needle-like material that is used when invoked. The funny thing is that I am the one who is invoked by the buzzing yellow and black insect that has been mesmerized by my cologne.

As I was saying before being distracted by need to focus on the detail feelings of bees, bees they are little insect that when come together and form a beehive and I believe that is where they make their honey.

The honey is one of the only substance that, because of the compounds in it, cannot really be modified and is used to prevent and cure sickness.

The meaningless bees that make such a important and sweet substance.

When You Have Nothing Vs. Everything

They say, you have nothing until you have lost everything. So all that have something have nothing? Is it that when we have lost all that we possess, like Victor E. Frankl; he became more than what he lost, we have more in intangibles? As we know, intangibles are often worth more than tangibles. For example the emotional attachment to certain things, are worth more than the things.

Freedom from debt, and freedom from possession. What do we have then when we are free of all that belongs to us? Do we in fact have nothing?

We do in fact have nothing, but interchangeably, we have everything. This is so because our mind is worry free, therefor relieving our mind of the need of security that comes with owning things. In doing so, the mind has freed space that we can devote to more knowledge, more memories; more living.

"It is not feasible to lose everything, neither is it right in the idea that everything has to be loss. The idea that a loss, or feeling of loss create more than feeling in satisfaction. satisfied people, as far as I know, create nothing new. It is does who are not satisfied that bring new things to the world, Idea and such."

Just an Idea,
Along with that I leave you with the following poem:

Walking Past Bias

I disconnect myself from what I know so that I can meet what I don't know
I place on my lap, this new idea, something someone else knows,
Something someone else has thought of

I am not giving up on what I know, not at all,
all that I know is all that I've come to be,
I'm just taking a walk from my wife and kids,
taking a ride outside the same ordinary scene,
I'm just taking a vacation so that I can see with clear eyes

If I hold on to all that I know, bias will be a wall,
and the other side will remain far away. I don't want it to be,
far away that is. I don't want all that I know to be all that I will forever know.

So I take a strode down unfamiliar places, unfamiliar things, unfamiliar people,
I take what I am not sure of, and lay it flat on the road and then walk on it.

Stranger's words

Why, after all that has been said, is it that a stranger must be the one to remind, remind us of what we are reminded daily. Why is it that the daily words begin to mean nothing and after nothing, they are not even acknowledged. Whose fault is it that we forget who we are to one another? Who is to be blamed for forgetting who we are to be to each other?

He tells her what she means to him, but because depression has her choked up, she is unable to think. She is unable to understand words that once took so much to say, words that one had to hold in to make sure the time is right. "Hes supposed to say those things, it is in his nature to say things he mean to make you feel better."
She tells him that he's the world to her. She tells him how proud he continues to make her. But her words mean nothing because she is supposed to say that. "She is close to him, those who are close to you will say anything to make you feel better. Those who do not know you would tell the truth."

Someone can tell you what you mean to them, but people shrug it off, it mean little. A stranger says the same and it raises one from unhappiness.

Perfect in imperfect

In a discussion with a friend the other day. We began talking about domestic abuse. I said something like some people deserve it. She was shocked with a horrifying expression on a face. She believe that no kind of violence should be tolerate, including spanking.

While I wish we lived in a perfect world where violence does not exist, the reality is that we do not live in a perfect world. No matter how many people work to create a perfect world, there are those who live solely by self interest only. These people’s action distort the balance leading to a imperfect.

I admire her way of thinking. Because believing in a perfect world brings the world around you closer to perfect.

You are 99% or more atheist

I was asked if i believe in more than one GOD. I replied no, i believe only in one. I was then told that i was 99% or more atheist because there are possibly hundreds of GODs; being worshiped And I only believe on one.

Atheist I knew i was not, but for the sake of arguing, could that be possible? Could I be any % atheist?

I then realized atheist I was not. I was however, ignorant to other peoples GOD. How can I say I believe in GOD and claim that GODs others worship are unreal? Could it be that they believe in the same GOD, but differently? Could all GODs be the same, but worshiped differently, have different names and different stories?

I realize that dispute between religions could end if all think this way. We can chose to believe in whatever we want and not criticise others and their beliefs.

Like it or not, all we know is based on who we know and where in the world we are. So the chance that your parents gave you birth in another land in another time, could mean you believing in another GOD.

On The Corner with a Cup

There are people on corners holding cups. Do this people deserve to be helped? I don't know. Do we know  why they are on the corner holding a cup?

The world is full of unfortunate people. We do not always know the reason as to why life has chosen for them to be in such situation. Whether it is their own fault, their were born into the world so, or if someone else is to blame for their un-fortune.

There is probably nothing we can do to save them from their path of life, or their situation. We do not have the time to find them help because we need help in our own very busy life. Any little help will do for these people.

Lets throw a coin in their cups. The same coin that willd fall in between our couch and we don't miss them because we don't notice that they are gone, the coins. Take a coin and put it in a cup.

When Someone does not understand your situation, does it not bother you? When you trade places, are you going to treat them as you were treated "in a situation not understood?"

Perfect

The world is not a perfect place. But one can make the world around one closer to perfect. Creating a perfect world around yourself helps apply more positivity in your life.

If there are people in ones world that bring one down, one need to either find new friends to replace the downers or bring the new friends around to show the downers how to be better people. Bringing the new friends help keep ones old friendship and better both one and the people one associates self with.

There is no such thing as perfect, only close to perfect!

Have a close to perfect day.

The Meaning of Death

Death is different for everyone and the meaning of death is different for each of us. Death to some is passing and possibly never seeing the person again. For some others it a transformation from one living thing to another. For some others it is passing on to another life, even a life that is interchangeable with ours, and the for rest, it is simply the end of being.

We define death as the end of something. To me, death is the end of a part or a path but the beginning of another.

What is death to you?

Death

The concept of death is difficult to understand. That a person can be here one minute and then be gone the next it’s beyond man’s understanding. We know that, physically they went nowhere, but their sprit or soul is no longer in existence with the body. Their eyes may be open, but they do not see us. We see them as if they are still alive. The only evidence, we know, that their vessel is empty, is because their body look cold and we affiliate cold, mostly, with death.

So did they die or did they just leave their vessel?

“Death is not the greatest loss in life. The greatest loss is what dies inside us while we live.” by Norman Cousins

Religion: The competition

Is religion competitive? It feel like it is . Now there are so many religions, I am sure I only know of a small percentage. It seem they are all recruiting; like the army or the navy. Is there a religion that tells men to join a religion even if man joins one other than theirs? A religion that is not for the purpose of winning, money, or enforcing rule, is likely a perfect religion. A religion that is there for the sake of men. The Future; today's children, are seeing what many of our parents and grandparents have fail to see; Religion is becoming even more in the competition with other organizations.

Xie Xie, Xie Xie

She said thank you a thousand time. Never met someone that was so thankful.

She needed to go down the stairs, but had a huge luggage that was almost as big as she was. although there is a language barrier, I understood what she needed and so I carried her luggage down and the whole time she kept saying "Xie Xie, Xie Xie" and bowed her head while her hands in prayer position.

When I was done and walking away she continued saying "Xie Xie, Xie Xie" which I understood to mean thank you. She kept saying "Xie Xie, Xie Xie" until I was no longer visible (and that was a long time).

Change for the better: Criticism

Most changes are caused by criticism. This is true because if you are doing something right, unless you think it must be changed for the better, you do nothing about it. Criticism helps a person realize their actual actions vs. what they believe their actions are.

People don’t like criticism because it is focus on their  negative attributes. The way I see it, criticism is another persons view of you; likely a view that you fail to see because you are inside the box. One thinks himself to be good, and in so doing, fail to see their own actions. We fail to see ourselves as imperfect.

What's the different between criticism and constructive criticism?

What we want

Our brain tells us what we want. How reliable is our brain when it has not experience everything? How does one know what kind of life he or she wants unless they have experienced it all?

We do not know what we want thats why we often enjoy what is given to us. What we want changes with time or according to situations. For example, a lot of children do not like vegetables, but end enjoying it a lot more as adults.

Religion

Religion is necessary because it helps man find his way when he questions the meaning of life. Without spiritual guidance, meaning of life is left in science hands. That meaning exposes all being as only reproductive organisms with no other purpose...

You - Man - E.T.

There is not such thing as humanity. On this Earth roams only animals. Animals with no intelligence and animals with intelligence, but mostly, just animals. We chose for ourselves a better word to separate us from animals; We call ourselves humans.

We are animals and that is the only fact. From eating other animals, to fighting for territory, from harming other defenseless animals (even those of our own species), to genocide.

We amuse ourselves by telling ourselves that we are the only species to evolve from savage beings. The truth is that the savageness is still in us. We keep it inside, trying to be rid of it so that we can fit into society. We fail to realize that society is just an idea; a word that makes us think and/ or feel like we are superior beings. Are we superior beings? Society is not different from other words such as herds, fleet, shoal, or bask.

In my opinion, we are not superior. When one can sit and watch another suffer and not interfere, or only interfere when it comes to those they love. How can a grown man lay down a toddler and force them into adult situations. How can a mother watch her kids be violently handled or worse inject them with virus, or even worse stick them into a microwave and hit the start button. What about mass murder? Are we better than any animal that kills just for the sake of killing, for territory, or for power?

We are in the year 2010. If we are truly developing (as assume ourselves better than, or smarter than other species, then why do we continue to repeat our mistakes?

If you don’t believe GOD is real…

If GOD, from his own hand did not create you, who can I ask did? And what can I ask is your purpose? If not for GOD, what mastery has brought you to this world and for what purpose? This science, this magnificent being made of sub-beings that slave and reproduce and is constantly at war to keep you from eroding.

If you do not believe in GOD, what keeps you driving, working, slaving, wishing for tomorrow? What is it that keep you calm and assure you that your future is held tightly in hands.

If you do not believe GOD is real, then what is? Then the question that you often ask will need to be answered, the question “ are you real?” Are you? Beneath your heart, is there not fire, fire that is so great it is the fuel of life itself.

Comparing

We do not realize that, many times, the same people whom we compare ourselves to, compare themselves to us. We have to be realistic; we all have issues, and some more than others. By measuring our problems with other, many times, helps us accept our current situation. Other times, when others issues seem less than ours, it impact us negatively.

We cannot do without measuring.

Self

At some point in our lives, we do not feel comfortable with who we are. These are the times when negativity does the most damage. We end up comparing ourselves to others, primarily our peers by comparing their positive attributes to ours leading to more negativity. We use their positive values against ourselves; that increase our negative values. These are the times when our work habits, study skills, and behavior will be most affected. Which could potentially affect our careers, friendships, and relationships.

Reality

Reality,
my day begins with a dream
and end in reality

I dream of who I am not,
this king, a man of power
a man of high rank,
a man above all man
when I wake up, I am just a man

I dream of who I am not with,
This woman, a woman with strength
a noble one, one above all women
with a body of a goddess, and a heart of an angel
when I wake up, I am with just a woman

I dream of where I am not,
a time to witness Pharaohs rule
a time to see man fly
a time to share bread with Christ
when I wake up, I am here

You are always here,
dream or not
The reminder of what it is not
The jester of life
sometimes the dead end

Thank God or is it Luck?

I, after a long debate on whether to enjoy the day or go to work, decided to go to work. When I arrived at the entrance, I realized that I forgot my keys to the third floor office. The thought to go back and get my car from the parking lot and drive back home made me realize that I may not come back.

I used my security pass to enter the building, then decided to see if anyone was at our floor to let me in. To my amazement there was; I notice when signing into the building.

When I got to my floor, I lost service and decided just to try the knob. luckily, it opened.

As I entered, I realized that I also forgot the key to my office. "DAMN" I thought, "I will definitely have to go home now."

Something made me check to see if all the doors were locked; First one ((my office) locked. 'DAMN'. Second one (bosses office) opened and I was like Whoa.

Now I could not work in that office as my computer is not there. I then decided to check if there were copies of keys to my office. The first one I tried worked.

"I CAN WORK!!" I full of joy.

I DON'T THINK LUCK HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT!

I THANK GOD!

Words that mean one thing can also mean another. It depends on how it is interpreted. But mostly it depends on the wo/man using the words.

Example:
When someone says "I Love You"
What does it mean?
Does it mean that they are in love with you?
Does it mean that they care about you?

Is it affection?
-Is is a lovers affection?
-Is is family affection?

Is it even affection?
- Maybe its just words
- Maybe its just caring for any living thing

This goes for any promise made or anything said.

Open minded

A mind is like a door
you don't want to leave it wide open
because then anything can get it

Hearing and Listening

It has been said that talkers are not listeners. listening does not mean hearing. Although you hear, it does not mean you are listening.

There are different ways of hearing; hearing what you want and hearing what is actually being
said. We can call the prior selective listening. We all do it. Especially in arguments. When someone is telling you something about you, you become defensive. What was meant to help us or make us realized something about ourselves has now made us upset.

Lets start hearing & listening. Lets be open to what is being said. Lets not select what we hear.

Be sweet offer your seat

Two older couples were standing above be in the train (say close to seventy). While I felt bad that and thought should I offer my seat to the woman? I was way too comfortable and decided not to. They weren't that old, I thought to myself. So I decided to keep me seat. Comfortable and I be jerked around (we all know how the bus drivers drive). I then look up and there a sign I did not want to see... Be Sweet Offer Your Seat.
